It seems very impossible. But NO. It is possible.

They rich because they do not aim for money.. They do not aim for Power..
They are rich because they aim for their DREAM...

Just focus on your dream and other blessings will follow (wealth, happiness, love, girls?, etc..)

If others can specially who leaves in poverty why can't I.
Someday I'll be like them... or even better....

Bored at Work?

Imagine your a security guard. will you be bored at work?.. Does a security guard bored as his work?... Are you bored at your work?... What causes you to be bored at your work?...
If your bored at your work this will produce total stress in your part.

The reason you are bored at your work is you do not love your work. It seems that every movement you make drains your energy. At the end of the day you are very tired and weak that you want to sleep already. When you wake up on the morning you feel weak and don't what to wake up. When you arrive at the office or work you feel dizzy and seems that you cannot move. What does this mean? You don't love your work. You may want your work because of high pay but you don't love it.

My first job is to tender an electric distribution utility substation. I stay at the substation monitor and log meter loadings and report any incident that may occur. Initially I love the job because it is my first job. But after few weeks I started to be bored. I ask my self? Will this be my job forever? will I do this daily routine forever. It's so boring, Just like a security guard, Guarding the substation. I don't like this job it's so boring... Did I resign? No... (At the Philippines it is really hard to find a job) .

What did I do?... during break and after work I manage to have time to study and read books for knowledge. I studied the equipment at the substation how it works and what are its functions. I studied computers and how to make my reports easier to generate. As time past, little by little I started to appreciate the importance of my work and how do I contribute to the company. With this little knowledge I started to love my work.

As time past, with my continues study, I started to ask - How can I make my work more reliable and efficient?. Maybe by submitting report on time, Give recommendations for more reliable service, etc.... So I started to create a simple program (which i studied - I'm not an I.T. or Comp. Sci. - by the way I love computer programming) to generate report more easily. With my program I minimize a 1 day work to 1 min work just to generate a report. That's a big deal because my boss somewhat recognize me a little... hehehehe...

My boss then call me at the office and gave me different job. He assign me to make a simple program to monitor the gas consumption of their crew vehicles. So with my little knowledge of programming and research I finished the job in 1 months time (I'm not a Programmer Expert - OK)..

After the project he assign me to be an Line inspector... I'm not into this job again.. Huhuhu. Because the job involve direct contact with our consumer/clients requests... I really don't like the job... I'm hook with my fist job as a substation tender and a little programmer..

After 3 months with this job without so much improvement on my side except maybe to my social relationship with consumers, my boss return me as an substation tender but as a team leader. I've been assign to be the leader of our substation project which is SCADA (A system that would automate substation, where in if finished no more substation tender needed only SCADA operators)... I was so happy because It applies my knowledge in substation, computers, and programming.. all in one. Right now up to present I'm a substation tender and continuing out our project.

We don't need to resign to find better job. We have control in our self to love our job and/or to be assigned in different job.. Maybe Resignation would be the last resort.. hehehehe..
If you want to love your job you can do so if you want to.....

Why do some people afraid to die?...
-> They did something wrong and don't want to go to hell
-> They disobey GOD
-> They don't want to leave there love one's

-> They don't want to miss their happy moments in earth

Why do some people want to die?...
-> They are depressed
-> They lose hope
-> They see hell is better than their problems
-> They don't want to be hurt
-> Too much Fear
-> They want to get away with their problems

Why did GOD want us to live and die?...
-> We are the child of GOD
-> GOD will teach us how to stand up, walk, run and play
-> GOD will be cruel to us if we don't obey because GOD knows whats best for us
-> GOD gave us problems to solve and to learn
(imagine life without problems - would it be boring?)
-> GOD has a purpose in us after death
-> GOD will only tell if we are ready with this purpose not us
-> GOD knows when we are ready to die or not
-> GOD knows when we are ready to live or not

Why fear GOD ?...
-> We fear GOD if we did wrong
-> We fear GOD if we don't know GOD
-> We fear GOD because of lack of faith
-> We fear GOD if we are to much away from GOD
-> Do you talk/pray with GOD? not, then you fear GOD

How to Develop Self Confidence

Ask this question to your self...

"If I'm not going to do right now.. When will I do it?...."

I'm afraid of Public Speaking.. In college every time there's a report making, I always present to do the research or encode the report. Why?, Because I don't like to be the one presenting the report..
I'm really afraid of public speaking that time. But now I built up my confidence, I'm really excited if I'm going to conduct a presentation or any speech. Why?, because I want to develop my skills in public speaking, I want to be more confident in my self. How did I do that?.. I just ask my self - "If there something you want to do, never you will achieve that without starting it right now". If you have a dream and goals in life, don't even ever say to yourself- "Can I do that?", "That's impossible", "I'm afraid", "I'm shy", "I'm a looser", etc.. If you tell that to your self forever you will be.. Just don't talk and act...

Have trust in your self and you'll never notice you already achieve your goal..

-> looking at the examples if they are offering you a Impossible Interest rate that would be a scam
-> 10%-20% monthly interest = 140%-240% annually -> Very Imposible

2. It offers Pyramiding Scheme
-> Does membership entitles you to recruit many members, wherein the more member you recruit the more profit you get at a very high interest rate.

3. Ask Questions.
-> Where does my capital go?
-> What business are you in to?
-> Where did you get that high interest rate?

What Makes Me Rich? (Tithe)

"The tithe was a requirement of the law in which all Israelites were to give 10% of everything they earned and grew to the Tabernacle / Temple (Leviticus 27:30; Numbers 18:26; Deuteronomy 14:24; 2 Chronicles 31:5)"

This was done in the Old Testament, So do we need to tithe ?

People say that this day (because of global crisis) we need to be practical. We must not spend to much in order to live. Imagine, if I were having a salary of 10,000 a month can I live with my 9,000 if I put my 1,000 on tithing (That's equivalent to half sack of rice).

When I started to work I really have a hard time managing my budget (I am always short). My Travel expenses for work, foods, clothing, gifts, etc... At the end of the month I end up nothing. I don't even have a little savings for my self. So why did i Tithe despite of this short budget.

I started reading inspirational and money making books (especially the rags to riches stories). Then I found out that at the end of their stories, They say "Don't forget to Share Your Blessings".
The difference with them is that they have plenty of money while I only have little. How can I share my Blessings(money) if I only have enough for me.

The Bible said share about 10% of your blessings to the Lord. Whaaaaaahhh. How will I do that. Is that a law to follow. will I be go to hell if I do not tithes?.. Forgive me Lord. Wahhhhhh.

So what happened. Maybe because I was convinced by this inspirational books and inspired with this rich people(I want to be Rich also) I try it. At payday, According to the book I read. In doing a budget first priority is the tithes (Wahhhhh). So i did it, I separate 10% of on the pay then I gave it to the mass offering. Then I live with the 90%, very tight budget. Really hard and I also have a bad feeling about it. After 5 months tithing, I feel that im Rich even I have not enough money. I feel that when giving you feel rich. you feel happy you feel blessed.

Now I understand that being rich is not what you have. Is what you feel, Is how you react on your lifestlye. Today I can save enough for my future. I'm happy with my work. I'm not thinking of how much would be my pay. Even I have a little on my pocket, Im happy that I have rather than nothing. I have develop a positive mindset about money. What happened next..

Believe the karma rule "the More You Give and The more you recieve". I started as contractual employee. after how many months of tithing, I recieve a sideline job which is equivalent 2x my contactual pay. After several months I recieve my regular appointment. Afterseveral months I have established a small business with my friend. And Next several months Ill be expecting again for something more exciting..... Hehehehe

Right now I gave 10% to the church and 10% to people who need help. And Im living with 80% of all my collected pay. The importance of it is that Im happy. Hope you also tithe.. God Bless!!!

What is My Purpose?

Have you ask your self "Why do I live?, Why am I here?, What am I doing in this place?". Are you a person who always have the same daily routine (wake up, meal, tv, meal, sleep, meal, tv,sleep,...). Do you have the feeling to give up your life that you found it to be useless? I'm very sorry for you.

Imagine when you were a child (so cute and playful). You were always happy by that time, When you wake up in the morning you are excited to go out and play with your friends (This day you don't even want to wake up to look at this stupid world). You would play baseball/soccer for the entire day not noticing it you were playing the same sports for how many years and you are happy(How about your work are you happy).

That is exactly our problem, we forgot that we are children. We are all children who wake up in the morning very exited for the new challenges in life(do you want to feel that way). Even we have the same routine all day we must be happy, even we encounter many problems we must be happy. "Then why am I not happy?", Simply because the things that you are doing is not your purpose, it is not what you like to do. Like a child, even do he/she plays baseball/soccer for his entire life he/she is happy( the NY Yankees). Michael Jordans father wants MJ to play baseball (is he happy with baseball) but he did not succeed because basketball is what he loves(maybe that his purpose or part of it). Think Think Think.. What makes you happy? I'm happy surfing the need and reading blogs(is that my purpose-maybe a part of it. hehehehe). I'm happy playing basketball with my friends every weekend(What do you like most on your free day?). I'm happy driving my cab with the journey song on my stereo(Cool!!!). If you are not happy on you status today..

" Think Think Think.. Do you want to be unhappy for the rest of your life. Or give up what are you doing, suffer for the next few days/month or even years looking for your happiness and be happy for the rest of your life. Think Think Think..."

All of us wants to be happy. Like a father, the only thing you want for your child is to be happy (Thats why your making them spoiled.. hmmm) and responsible(of course). God Bless!!!!

Simplify Your Life !!!

How much is your clothes, cellphone, shoes, etc.. Compute it. Maybe you are a walking 1,000 dollar guy. Are you flattered if they are telling you “You hair is so beatiful, how much did it cost you for your rebond, thats expensive”. Are you jealous with this guy in wheels (ferrari/mustang). We are just the same.. Hahahahahaha…

I had an experience, After saving for 1 year I bought this beautiful cellphone worth 500 dollar. Its so beatiful !!!, the features are complete. with 3 megapix camera, radio, wifi, etc.. I enjoyed that phone for a month. then after which. It’s just become an ordinary cellphone.. So sad.. If i had bought 100 dollar worth of cellphone and kept my 400 dollar for my clothing or gift to my family. “My Bad”

Why are we not contented in what we had?… Make a choice. A millionaire look alike without a million or an ordinary guy with a million. There’s a study, I dont know where, that 30% of all luxury cars are owned by people who are truly rich while 70% are owned by people with debts. Hahahahaha.. So if you saw luxury cars 70% chance that the owner loaned the car and burdening his self with monthly ammortization. Wahahahaha.

Simplify Your Life. Dont Burden Your Self. Buy only things that you can.....
